As a small business, we have a no returns or exchanges policy for hygiene.

Each of our items undergoes thorough quality checks before departing our production facility and being dispatched to you. In the unlikely scenario that you receive a defective item, it is important to contact on the day of delivery, prior to wearing or laundering the item.

 We regret to inform you that refunds or replacements will not be provided for items that has been worn or laundered. Kindly note that our products undergo meticulous quality monitoring before shipment.
